run for something better (than general fitness and a runner’s high)

okay, i have balthered on about the georgia marathon enough (here and here )and it’s filling up anyway, so i am done wasting energy trying to get you all signed up.

however, if you are going to run, check out the ing run for something better program. created by ing in partnership with their sponsorship of multiple marathons, the run for something better program supports running and fitness programs for kids in the community where ing sponsors races, which atlanta is now among.

if you donate, you will get some pretty cool orange laces to put in your running shoes. you totally need to sport some along with me when you are running the race march 25.

now i have had my issues with ing in the past, but i am willing to let bygones be bygones in support of getting kids away from the wii and running.

good cause, guys. i have my orange laces.
