please tell me this means we never have to hear about these people again

apparently, ‘runaway bride’ jennifer wilbanks and her once-and-hopefully-not-future finacee john mason have agreed to drop their lawsuits against each other, according to a report in the ajc here.

according to the ajc:

A single-page court filing signed by lawyers for Wilbanks and Mason announced that the couple that once donned the pages of People magazine were finally through with each other.

“The plaintiff and defendants, by and through counsel, hereby dismiss their claims with prejudice,” the court document filed last month said.

seriously. can we be done with them now. i really hope so.

although i have a sinking suspicion that jennifer is going to show up on some tv show as a ‘celebrity’ at some point. hollywood squares. the surreal life. hell, there is probably some producer out there thinking about just following her around with a camera.

i hope not, but i fear the worst.

Apparently you don’t fear it enough to prevent you from being the only person outside AJC headquarters talking about it.
