I’d never seen our local Atlanta “bogus expert” Durwood Fincher AKA Dr. Robert Payne until BoingBoing linked him earlier this afternoon.

Fincher is an “entertainer, a linguist and an insightful comedian, whose specialty is corporate communications” according to the bio on his site.

Mostly, though, he’s just funny.

Plus it’s always good to see Atlanta dimensionalized (I know, one of the words he probably lampoons) as being more than Coke, Ted Turner, the Atlanta Braves or Freaknik.
