I’d second the Brewhouse. Tons of knowledgeable soccer fans there.

Brewhouse. They even had middle-of-the-night viewings of Japan/Korea 2002. The other guess is my living room, where, thanks to Comcast and Disney, all the games will be in their high definition glory.
I’ll vote for my living room also, brought to you by the wonder of TiVo

the place for real, knowledgable football fans who are really there to experience the matches is the brewhouse in l5p. i would be there every day if i weren’t telecommuting from dc for the next month and a half.

The best place for environment/excitement is the upstairs room in some costa rican/mexican/other-nation-with-a-team-in-the-WC restaurant on buford highway that will be packed with incredibly knowledgable/drunken/partisan fans.
BUT you’ll need a native guide to even know about such an opportunity. Ask around.
Don’t forget about the Brick Store in downtown Decatur. They will open 30 minutes before the first match every day. More here: http://www.brickstorepub.com/events.asp
I know Brewhouse Cafe is playing all the games. (http://www.brewhousecafe.com/)
There are several others that I can’t think of offhand. They were in the Sunday AJC… Jock’s and Jill’s, I think…
Fado Irish Pub is showing several games as well: http://www.fadoirishpub.com/atlanta/

bit late, but DEFINATELY the Brewhouse cafe. The Us-Italy game today was completely packed with fans. You couldn’t even move throughout the place.
