…and speaking of Earth Day… It’s April 22nd.

Here’s some good news from the Nature Conservancy, a favorite charity of mine.

“The Conservancy entered into a historic land deal with International Paper to protect 218,000 acres of forestland across 10 states, including Georgia. Spanning McIntosh, Long and Bryan counties, 24,120 acres of south Georgia forests are included in the agreement, making this the largest land conservation deal ever completed in Georgia.”
