A baffling use of “clever”.
Inman Perk is located in Flowery Branch, and not – as one might expect – in Inman Park.
Maigh,
The “grand opening” refers to their new location at 280 Elizabeth St. in Inman Park, across from Fritti.
Still, odd, don’t you think? That the “flagship” store would be so far removed from the name inspiration? Maybe that’s just me…it usually is.
Actually, the Inman Park location is the “flagship” store. It just took *way* longer for them to open the Atlanta store due to city permitting, etc. — the Flowery Branch store was simply finished and opened first.
Interesting display of…bureaucracy? Still hurts my little pea brain, that’s all I’m sayin’.
Hehe. I was quite baffled on my drive up to north GA to see a sign for Inman Perk as I approached Flowery Branch. I swore that I was seeing things. :)
