Hawk watch redux

So, I must have some sort of morbid obsession, right? Well, yeah. I mean when something so awful is going on and there’s nothing I can do about it, it’s just fascinating. Especially if it really doesn’t affect me.

Tonight is special though. Because guess what? The Hawks aren’t the worst team playing in Philips Arena tonight. Raptors vs. Hawks. The “battle of futility.” Our “beloved” Hawks have won 100% more games than the Raptors. That’s twice as many. Oh yeah, the Hawks are 2-12 while the silly little team from Toronto is only 1-15. That means we’re better than them. But there’s more. This is the worst matchup in NBA history! “The combined 3-27 winning percentage is .100 and, according to ESPN Research, that is the lowest in league history (based on a minimum of 30 games played).” Now, isn’t that something we should be proud to be a part of?

They can at least be proud of being consistant. Also the VIP treatment at Cheetah.
