The Braves finished a 3-game sweep of the Washington Nationals this afternoon at Turner Field. Yet another one-run game that gives Atlanta a 3-game lead in the National League East.

My wife was in attendance for the grand re-opening of Tooner Field, Cartoon Network’s activity area for children. I hope she didn’t melt out there in the heat and humidity; I’ve grown quite accustomed to her company. ;-)

To sum up: Braves win; weather hot.
