Free Summer Concert Series
99X is bringing back its free Summer Concert Series every Saturday from July 9 to August 13, 2005. The shows will be perfomed on special stage at Underground Atlanta, located a short walk from the Five Points MARTA station at Upper Alabama and Pryor Streets. Shows will run approx. 7PM to 11PM each Saturday.
The current schedule is as follows:
July 9th Cake, Stereophonics, The Caesars, Trances Arc
July 16th Weezer, The Bravery, The Dead 60’s, Second Shift
July 23rd TBD
July 30th Ben Folds, Red Letter Agent, Linger
August 6th Chevelle, Seether, Crossfade, Subject 2 Change
August 13th Garbage
That is, to say the least, an awesome line up.
Def. I’m looking forward to an attempt to see Ben Folds. “Attempt” since I’m sure it will be more crowded than I will put up with.
