On the Bricks

Only a few more On the Bricks concerts left! Hosted in Centennial Olympic Park for the past few summers, this originally free but now 5 dollar event has always had a decent turn out. Tonight Live is in concert…well live. From what I have heard they are really good…live. Anyhow I may be putting The Punchline on hold and go see this tonight. Also playing are Lake Trout, JaD, and evenout. I have not herd of any one of these bands, but just judging by the name…I can’t be too sure I care too.

I believe one of the local radio stations started this. Then another station picked it up and now Aquafina is sponsoring it.

    I went to Centennial Park to see Live and thought they sounded excellent. My friends and I used to love their cd Throwing Copper when we were in middle school and I still enjoy their older stuff.

    Next Friday is the last On The Bricks concert of the summer with Blondie being the feature group.

    Go check ’em out if you’re a fan.
