		<description>Yes the rain is over...it is funny for the last few years Atlanta could not buy rain it would show on radar heading our way and then just vanish when about to hit our dry soil.  Fast forward 6 months to a year and if there is rain anywhere in the South it rains in Atlanta.  When it rains it poooooooooooors.......</description>
