		<description>I don&#039;t get it either.  I deal with hundreds of people every day at work and only an extremely small percentage of folks were displaying the &quot;I&#039;m a Georgia Voter,&quot; stickers.  Now granted that&#039;s far from scientific.

I guess since there&#039;s been no high-profile murders lately no one has time to vote?</description>

All they do is utter good-sounding paragraphs on the importance of public safety or the failure of the current city management. I cannot think of any substantive disagreement between the status quo, Norwood, Reed, or Borders.</description>
