Atlanta's Marta train cars are the best I've seen for people watching. The seats face 'every which way'. The stops are frequent and there is a lot of coming and going. Much of the lines I'm on, Inman\Reynolds to 5, then north on the Doraville line, have great views and light. That commute and the walk to and from the stations is often the best part of my day.
