		<description>I guess I sortof observed it by accident.  We happened to be out at the vortex (aside - talk about a place jumping the shark - this place was a suburban nightmare.  more cokes and sweet teas than beers being ordered on a saturday night), so nothing was on in the house.  I would never bother going unplugging things though - that&#039;s just silly....the only things that consumes any significant power in idle mode is a refrigerator.</description>
