Among them: 1) One venue - all of the films will be shown at the Landmark Midtown Art Cinema this year, allowing festival goers to stay in one venue, which prevents people from having to drive from one part of town to another to catch a film screening 2) College is in session - now, college students will be able to attend the film festival, something only summer students could do previously 3) Families are not on vacation in Spring like they are in Summer - in June, many people skipped town for vacation There are numerous reasons for moving the festival to April.
