Tuesday Night Music Club

I know I should be ashamed for using a Sheryl Crow album as a post title, but I think it’s appropriate.

Criminal Records has gotten together with the Plaza Theatre on Ponce for a movies & music collaboration. From Criminal.com:

On Tuesday, October 3 at 9:30 PM, at the Plaza theatre on Ponce De Leon Avenue, Criminal Records is sponsoring a FREE double feature of films and music by SEAN LENNON and BECK.

The first feature is a collection of films from Sean Lennon’s sophomore release, Friendly Fire (his debut, Into The Sun, came out 8 years ago). For his latest album, Sean produced and stars in a short film for each song on the album. The films also star Jordana Brewster, Bijou Phillips, Devon Aoki, and Firecrotch.

The second feature is a collection of videos from Beck’s new album, The Information. The CD comes with a bonus DVD featuring videos for all the songs on the record.

So if your Tuesday night isn’t set (sorry for the late notice) you might want to check it out.
