Atlanta Drink Specials

I never really use Google Calendar (yep, the Googlization of my life seems something to avoid – do I really need a database that I don’t control somewhere having that much information about me?). But this is a pretty decent (As in, very useful) calendar containing Atlanta’s Drink Specials every day. So you can find out where you can get $1 20 oz. PBRs every night.

[Update: 4:08 pm] In case you don’t read the comments (why don’t you?) check out this site ATLSpecials.com

This is the single most ground-breaking post ever made on this site. You rule. See ya at the bar.

Damn now everyone will invade Johnny’s Pizza on Highland. I’ve been keeping this site hidden for a while. The calendar is only part of the ATLSpecials website. In fact I think the guy that created the site went to Emory if my memory serves me right.

true. my friends and coworkers and I have been awestruck for a day now. the wonders of internet and cheap drinks, who knew that their powers combined could yield such greatness?

    Hey Captain, even better! Thanks!

Although I did hear a nasty rumor (forgive me, but I figure this is a good forum for quashing nasty rumors) that Johnny’s raised their $1pint/$4pitcher deal to $2/$6. Anyone have evidence to the contrary?

Also, the $1 Martinis at Aqua Bistro in Buckhead no longer exist, now its $3 “Cocktails” and cocktails only include gin and tonic, long island, and pina colada. Nothing gold can stay…

The $1 PBR special at Johnny’s is contingent on buying a 20oz mug for $5. After that the PBRs are $1 each. The mug is actually pretty nice, it’s even insulated.

CO – Thanks for the other site. I hadn’t seen it before. I meant to mention the $5 mug at Johnny’s…

No Prob Daniel. I’m there a few days a week, especially since it’s right down from my house. It’s a nice place for us “old guys” to relax without any pretentions.

This is my website. Some of the data is a little old because I had to put the site up from a back because someone hacked into my server a couple weeks ago. I’ll go make those changes now. You should be able to use the contact form on the site to tell me about this too… never mind, I forgot to set that up. No wonder I haven’t gotten any emails. Thanks for posting the site!

Also, in my humble opinion the best deal is $1 Dos Equis at Noche on Sunday nights. I’ve never had a bad time there and Dos Equis is a pretty decent beer.

I’ve added the tab and added this site to my blog. I’ve not seen anything like it and unfortunately I’m probably going to enable a lot of people by cross-posting :)
