Dim? Sum?

So the place I used to like is out of business now, I guess. Where do I go for Dim Sum in Atlanta?

    Which?

I’ve liked Canton House, Happy Valley, and China Delight.

There’s a good one on Cheshire Bridge but I can’t think of the name right now. It’s near the italian restaurant which I am also drawing a blank on.

I’ve done both Canton House (not since its renovation) & China Delight, and Griftdrift is probably remembering Hong Kong Harbor on Cheshire Bridge. I’ve eaten there, too. All three are delicious.

China Delight’s dim sum is very delicious — give it a try!

For dim sum I like Royal China on Chamblee Dunwoody. I’ve also heard that Happy Valley (Buford Hwy @ Fiesta Plaza) has good dim sum on the weekends; I’ve only had it mid-week when the offerings were “good” at best.

We liked Cafe Sampan and its associated parts out by West Egg and all that, but they seem to be gone. They were super nice folks, too.

Happy Valley is the best! You have to try it.
