got an update email forwarded to me from concentric restaurants announcing the ‘eat to live’ promotion for this Sunday (okay, I know, a little to late for that) through Thursday for TWO urban licks, ONE midtown kitchen, the lobby at twelve and murphy’s in virginia-highlands.

all restaurants are offering a special ‘eat to live’ three-course menu for $25. now, I have never been to the lobby or murphy’s, but I can certainly vouch for ONE and TWO and both are must for anyone keeping an internal list of places in the city they have to eat at.

i for one would pay $25 to eat dog food if it was cooked by scott serpas, and as such will be at TWO tomorrow night taking advantage of this incredible deal.

the food on this deal is nothing ‘dumbed down’ at all. we went to TWO last night and the sepcial was pick three, salad, entree, dessert from the regular menu. i had a rocket salad, sea scallops and gouda grits and a pistachion ice cream sandwich for $25. seriously folks, take advantage of tihs.
