    I think that’s Jeff Clark. That or the ghost of Tony Paris.

    I know he’s not Baton Bob, but he is a (sometimes) ‘coonskin hat wearing, tricycle riding pleasure.

    Maybe he’s William Clark of Lewis & Clark fame?
