Atlanta Dairy mascot query

On the way in to work today I spied a truck for Flagship Atlanta Dairy, which is now Atlanta Dairy and was formerly Parmalat and, farther back than that was also Atlanta Dairy. Go figure.

In any event, I saw the truck and noticed it hat a cute bovine mascot on the side. Unfortunately I couldn’t read the scripted name underneath the logo.

Calls to Flagship Atlanta Dairy, where I was informed that they’d switched back to their original 55-year-old moniker, Atlanta Dairy, yielded no answers. The kindly receptionist didn’t know the name of the mascot, but she did seem to have an encyclopedic knowledge of the dairy’s history and name changes.

So now I’m stuck with little more than a fleeting glimpse of the Rosebud-esque Mathis Dairy imitation logo and no name. Help me, please!

UPDATE: Reader Renee sent me an email personally:

On my way to work this morning I say the same ad on a semi-truck
but I saw and remembered the name of the cow! It is Katie. I know this because my supervisor’s name is Katie and we celebrate “Cow Day” at work. I thought that it was so cute and reminded me of her, and when I read the name I thought WOW! it even looks like Katie!

So now you know the name of the Atlanta Dairy Cow — Katie!
