I was ready to take my credit card out of the safe and go down to the Pride Festival to buy some cool art stuff. So, I called my buddy to see what the landscape was like down in the park and he says forget it if I’m looking to use my Visa.

I could come down and sign petitions, sign up to volunteer, buy rainbow stamped stuff but, as far as really cool art, forget it. The Dogwood Festival it isn’t, it seems.

So, I’m thinking to myself, “Gay – Art, Art – Gay, Gay – creative, Creative folks – gay – art – Pride Festival…
Hmm… One would think there would be tons of really cool artistic creations there but – no?

So, if anyone finds anything worthy of my Visa card, let me know. Of course, I’ll come down anyway for the music later on. That should be good.
