ZeFrank’s Delta woes

Customer service has been getting quite a bad rap in the last few weeks.

First there was the guy who couldn’t cancel his AOL account. Next we had the Comcast technician who fell asleep on the job (how many folks reading this have Comcast, btw?) and now videoblogger ZeFrank rips into local airline Delta concerning a refund he never received.

Be warned about swearing and some seething commentary. It’s not all nice, especially if you work for Delta or know someone who does, but his anger and frustration are very real.

I’m no expert, but I’m thinking perhaps Ze will be hearing from someone at the corporate headquarters very soon.
