Katrina : GA Impact

I have seen a lot of news about the effort going forward on Katrina relief, and am glad to see some positive impacts. I do think that it is important to keep in mind that these efforts will have long lasting effects on the nation. I am hopeful that we can learn from this and be better prepared for the future.

Tonight, I did see tonight a story about one possible Georgia impact we may be seeing. The story was called “Katrina May Derail Ga. Road Repairs” I am sure this is but one impact that Georgia (and Atlantians) will feel. But don’t these impacts help us to not forget….?

I think most of us are ready for a break from all the roadwork. At least it’s going to do some good and not to build a bridge in Alaska for geese (pork rinds anyone?).

Agreed. At least it is going to do some good. And that goes a long way, even if we are slightly inconvenience.
