If youíre in the spirit of making donations to victims of Hurricane Katrina, there are a couple of events you can hit this weekend. Tonight, Sloppy Meateaters (love these guys) are holding a benefit show at Under the Couch on the GA Tech campus. Theyíll entertain you with rock music thatís both fun and meaningful.

Then, tomorrow night, you can visit RedLight CafÈ and join Keltic Kudzu and Twelfth Planet in our hurricane relief effort. Keltic Kudzuís show is two-fold: itís a benefit as well as their CD Release party. Theyíll be going on at 8PM, with Twelfth Planet following at 10PM. And on Sunday, you can catch Cee-Lo and many others at MJQ for their super-happenin’ hurricane benefit.

So put on your party dress and head down to at least one of these venues. On Sunday, you can gloat about how you partook in debauchery and aural pleasure for the sake of others. Well, debauchery possibly only if you go to RedLight or MJQ. I can’t tell whether or not UTC has a bar…
