Two new foodie joints in the Midtown Arts Center on Monroe (Midtown) are under construction.

MetroFresh is scheduled to open in September, touting the now too-familiar phrase of fresh food fast. Rice Box is also under construction, although there’s no word of an opening date. I am going to go out on a limb and assume Asian cuisine.
