Birthday Suits (Note: This post contains a nude photo)

Happy Birthday, Atlanta Metblogs.

August 4 is great day to have a birthday. Just ask Richard Belzer, Billy Bob Thornton, the United States Coast Guard, the late Queen Mother of England, and me.

For my anniversary post, I thought it’d be nice to bring you an update on one of my previous posts.

Last week I informed you about Naked Art In Freedom Park, an “art project” on Saturday, July 30 consisting of several people getting naked and posing for photos.

I was not able to make it to the event, but I have obtained a photo.

More importantly, I was able to obtain an audio recording made by a reporter at the scene.

WARNING: The recording is very dramatic, kinda like the famous radio broadcast of the Hindenburg disaster. It is not suitable for the weak-hearted.

Listen to The Seaberg Disaster of 2005 in MP3 audio.

That Hindenburg reporter was Herb Morris. I hold him largely responsible for the ruination of airships in the modern consciousness.

If I was gonna blame one person or thing, I’d blame the guy who thought it was a good idea to put an airframe filled with explosive hydrogen gas on top of a cabin filled with people.

    But hey, that’s just me.
