Unidos Dual Language Charter School

My friend and neighbor, Dell Perry, is working to start a bilingual charter school, Unidos Dual Language Charter School, in Fulton County.

Tonight and on Monday, she’ll be holding informational meetings about the charter school. Here’s the info:

Location: Hapeville Middle School Cafeteria, 3535 South Fulton Ave. in Hapeville (in the Methodist Church)

Dates/Times:
Thursday, July 28th at 6:00 (English) and 7:30 (Spanish)
Monday, August 1st at 9:00 a.m. (English) and 10:30 a.m. (Spanish)

    I used to nanny for 2 students that attended the Atlanta International School- which has a similar concept teaching academics in both languages. This is a GREAT idea for a charter school so more students can enjoy the benefits without having to pay twenty grand a year for this education. YAY- keep us posted on this, I’m very interested in learning more.

    Do they have adult classes? My Spanish is pathetic.
