Mobile phone reception

I get horrible cell phone reception in my house. It’s spotty, strange, and cuts out all the time. It isn’t my service, because friends on other networks get bad service there also. We all, I’m sure, know of spots like this. Well, usually it has something to do with the proximity of cell-towers (and which carriers use those towers). So how do you know where the towers are and which carriers use them? You check out Cellphone Tower Search – Atlanta (via LA).

You can even see a list of reported dead spots and report your own (turns out there are a lot in my neighborhood).

This web site is much better and has 15,000 dead zones list. Atlanta dead cell zones are listed in this web site database for all carriers. The web site also lists all carrier network upgrades of dead zone locations that are being fixed. http://www.DeadCellZones.com
