According to one of the neighbors here in lovely Capitol View, the naked woman knocked on her door, too. Naked woman asked neighbor for something to wear. Naked woman said that she was “put out of the car by a man” and needed a ride home to her “husband and child.

Neighbor refused to give a ride home and instead called the police. Naked woman, who at this point was dressed in my neighbor’s donated clothes, left. All this leads me to believe that she is a prostitute and that she had an altercation with a, er, client.
