HNY Atlanta!
As per usual – this time of year always seems to bring out the mounting insecurities in us all. The ajc.com, fresh off the success of its’ “Misadventures in Atlanta” blog has gone, as it seems, a bit blog-crazy!
They have blogs about relationships, politics, radio, food and now – they’ve added the Fit And Trim: This year will be different blog – or FAT for short! a weight and lifestyle change challenge.

I must admit I am a bit curious to find out if they will be able to make it. I read somewhere that at least 30% of people those who decide to lose weight drop out within the 1st two weeks, while less than half make it past six months…

In any case, I’m going to live vicariously through them since my yearly resolution is to not make resolutions!
