Does anyone know where I can find this guy? I NEED to get a look at his face!

Wonder if he is any relation to this guy

    I’ve seen him in Midtown, near the Flying Biscuit. I can’t say if he’s often there, but a friend has seen him there, as well.

    i have to confirm Phantom’s sighting — I live in the Washington DC metro area, but I was in Midtown ATL near the Flying Buscuit in mid-August. I was sitting in the window of a low-patronage middle eastern fusion restaurant when I saw that guy marching along. Amazing. You know, some of us simply *dream* of being the majorette that we never were.

    a guy i work with has seen this fellow prancing up and down on boulevard near monroe in front of joe’s. if anyone else has seen him, let us know. i want more pictures. this is entertainment at it’s finest.
