Briefly on Hotspots

Okay, this is only relevant if you’ve read my other thoughts on WiFi access, but I’m in Octane Coffee right now (yes, I’m always here) and I’m eavesdropping on another conversation and it appears to be people who work with The Bert Show, UPN’s Atlanta Tonight, and Atlanta Illustrated (I recommend this show for ATL info) and they are discussing promoting hotspots around the city.

I’m all in favor.

Dude! I know we’re not trying to be all journalist-y here, but you got what I think might be known as a bit of a scoop! Cool. Now if only I had wireless. Or a laptop that worked.

Heh. If only I’d had my digital camera with me – then it could have been a full fledged story. Wireless – a blogger’s best friend.

I now work over at one of the offices at King Plow arts center and go to Octane like everyday. Funny, I was there after work for a few hours yesterday. Intresting how members of the same blog can be so close yet so far – It’s like how Jessica lives a block away from me, yet we’ve never met!! Go figure. Anyhow, maybe I’ll spill coffee on you in there one day – lol

Weird… I usually go in mid-Afternoons and stay for an hour and a half or two hours. A way to break up the day and not look at the same scenery all the time. We must’ve just missed each other (or we could have been there and not known…)
